WANT MY DOCTOR - WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

I recently was paymydoctor not working given a statement from my doctor and it explicitly states that I need a client ID to complete the payment. However, I can't seem to locate this ID anywhere. I've examined my files thoroughly but it's just not there. Does anyone guide me on how to obtain this client ID so I can resolve my bill? Pay for Your D
